Company Quality Policy & Objectives

It is the established policy of the Company to supply and install materials and provide workmanship of such a standard as to meet or exceed the requirements of its customers in respect of quality, reliability and safety.

To ensure that this is met, we have established a formal Quality System controlled and maintained by the Managing Director.

Loxton is committed to a course of continuous improvement by means of achievable and realistic objectives set and regularly reviewed against Company performance and customer feedback.

Quality awareness is required from all our personnel, not just those having special responsibilities within the Quality System. All employees are responsible for operating our Quality System in accordance with the standards as documented in the manual and in the associated Quality Assurance Procedures and Work Instructions.

Our Quality System conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
